Chamber joins Mission Christmas
‘Heating or Eating’ is unfortunately a choice many families in the UK are having to make this winter. As a result, Christmas is something that some parents simply cannot afford.
In the midst of this crisis, Cash for Kids has launched Mission Christmas to ensure children living in poverty receive a present from Santa this year.
In aid of the campaign, Debra Patchett took on the role of Chamber elf and rallied members of the team together to collect toys to donate. Chamber staff were extremely generous, and gifts included board games, Lego sets, Play-Doh and colouring books.
Chamber donations will contribute towards the 171,627 presents required by Mission Christmas to guarantee every child in the UK has at least one gift to unwrap this Christmas.
If you would like to take part in the Mission Christmas campaign, you have until 19th December to drop your gifs at a designated drop-off point. You can find out more on the Cash for Kids website.
